“Arrested Development” and “Modern Family” veteran David Cross stars as the title character in “The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret”, a comedy that follows the awkward misadventures of an American workplace temp and hassle-free liar, who bluffs his way into a senior sales task heading up the London office for a new energy drink.
