Samsung Galaxy S III Gets Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Port
The Samsung Galaxy S III, for many, the Android phone of the moment, can’t be missing from an important list, like the list of devices which already received their unofficial Android 4.1 Jelly Bean treat. So far we’ve seen Google’s latest running on the Galaxy Nexus but the HTC One X is already on that awesome list.
If you have an international Samsung Galaxy S III and don’t mind that there are some things not working (like WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, audio, camera, and storage), you can have a taste of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The build is based off of the Galaxy Nexus Android 4.1 OTA and you can find it at the source link below. If you absolutely must have it and you can ignore the stuff not working, act carefully and read through the thread for instructions and feedback.
