Motorola’s Droid 3 Android slider gets an FCC teardown

Motorola’s Droid three 1st appeared on the FCC back in July and today internal pictures of the device were ultimately released by the FCC. A look at the device’s principal board reveals a Qualcomm MDM6200 processor which offers the Droid three HSPA+ and globe telephone capabilities. Also present is an Elpida SDRAM chip and Sandisk flash memory. The Droid three was released in July, and the following edition of the gadget – the Droid 4 – is expected to be released soon.
